Kais Hammami is an member of LIPSOR, Director Arab branch (Laboratory of Investigation in Prospective Strategy and Organisation), CNAM, Paris. He works in the field of strategic foresight and organizational management applied to the field of information technology, human resources management and environmental foresight (sustainable development for the enterprises). He also links strategic foresight to other academic disciplines such as management, economics, politics, sociology and history. In 2008, Kais completed his PhD in Management Science, focused on Foresight, Strategy, and Organisational Behaviour under the supervision of Professor Michel Godet, director of the Strategic Foresight department, Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, Paris (with honors and congratulations of the jury). His thesis topic was Islam and Foresight.

He is currently head advisor for the Tunisian Ambassador for the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization UNESCO.
