Usage:

references a specific article

adds text onto the end of the message instead of "Thank you"

• This template has been carefully designed based on guidelines by the user warnings project.

rather than {{templatesnotice}}.

• This template uses a parser function. To give greater detail to your message, you may add the article and some additional text to the end of the template.
• Optionally, add |subst=subst: to the end of the template to reduce the code in the final output: {{subst:templatesnotice|Article|Additional text|subst=subst:}}
